The project involved the construction of office accommodation and workshop facilities, for commercial leasing to tenants. The two-storey office accommodation boasts provision for staff amenities and a reception area.
The project comprised concrete tilt panel construction, including structural steel and architecturally designed feature panels as per client specifications. The two-storey office accommodation required front facade glazing and architectural aluminium composite cladding. The project was completed using a suspended concrete slab to the office, and involved the installation of underground rain water tanks connected to toilets and landscaping services. Electrical, mechanical and hydraulic services were successfully implemented (both internally and externally) during construction., with asphalt car parking, kerbing and line markings provided for vehicular access.
