Beginning his career in residential building design, drafting and estimating, Michael developed a strong technical foundation before transitioning into commercial construction. Over the years, he has played a key role in successfully delivering a diverse range of commercial projects across Western Australia, ensuring each project is carefully planned, effectively coordinated and delivered to the highest standard.
Known for his approachable nature and attention to detail, Michael works closely with clients, consultants and project teams to provide clear communication and practical solutions throughout every stage of construction.
Silvio Ranieri
Silvio Ranieri leads Shelford Constructions’ Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) systems, ensuring every project is delivered with the highest standards of safety, compliance and quality.

With a diverse background spanning government, private industry, project management and training, Silvio brings a strategic approach to risk management and continuous improvement. His qualifications include a Bachelor of Science (Honours), a Postgraduate Diploma in Policy and an Advanced Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, supported by more than a decade of experience managing integrated HSEQ systems.
Silvio works collaboratively across every project to foster a strong safety culture, protect people and the environment, and ensure Shelford continues to meet internationally recognised management standards.
Jeff Wynn-Taylor
With more than 40 years of experience in the construction industry, Jeff Wynn-Taylor brings exceptional practical knowledge and leadership to every project he oversees.

Beginning his career as a qualified carpenter, Jeff has built extensive expertise across all aspects of commercial construction, progressing into senior site leadership through decades of hands-on experience. Jeff is respected for his commitment to quality workmanship, strong leadership and proactive approach to problem-solving, making him a trusted leader on some of Shelford’s most significant commercial projects.

Mark Hardy brings extensive commercial and leadership experience to Shelford Constructions, having held senior executive roles across the building, construction and manufacturing industries throughout his career.
