Our Partnership With TSH and Telethon
A Personal Connection. A Lasting Commitment.
Our support for TSH began in 2019 through a personal connection within the Shelford team.
When a team member’s family was introduced to TSH for support with their child’s speech development, we gained a greater understanding of the important services the organisation provides to children and families across Western Australia.
That experience, together with an existing personal connection to the organisation, inspired what has become one of the Shelford Group’s most meaningful community partnerships.
Beginning with modest donations in 2019, our involvement has continued to grow through annual fundraising initiatives, staff participation and the generosity of our wider network of clients, suppliers, subcontractors, family and friends.
In 2025, our collective fundraising efforts reached a significant milestone, with more than $70,000 contributed to Telethon and TSH.
Our annual Loud Shirt Day celebrations have become a key part of this commitment, bringing our people and industry partners together to raise funds and awareness for children and families who benefit from specialist hearing, speech and developmental support.
For Shelford, this partnership is about more than financial contributions. It reflects our belief in empowering people, supporting families and helping create opportunities for children to reach their potential.

Mental health and wellbeing are important to the Shelford Group and the communities in which we work.
Through our involvement with initiatives including Lifeline WA, R U OK? and the Blue Tree Project, we have supported efforts to raise awareness, encourage meaningful conversations and promote the importance of looking out for one another.

As a long-standing corporate partner of the Fremantle Dockers, the Shelford Group is proud to support a Western Australian sporting organisation that shares our values of teamwork, resilience, determination and community connection.
Our partnership has grown over the years, reflecting a mutual commitment to supporting Western Australian people, businesses and communities.
In 2025, Shelford Constructions had the opportunity to contribute directly to the club’s future through the delivery of the Fremantle Football Club expansion at Cockburn ARC.
The project represented an important milestone in our relationship, bringing together our commercial construction expertise and our ongoing support for one of Western Australia’s leading sporting organisations.
For Shelford, it was particularly rewarding to deliver a project that supports the club’s players, coaching staff and ongoing development.
