Office Accommodation and Warehouse - Lot 2004 Sphinx Way Bibra Laken
The project involved the construction of both office accommodation and warehousing facilities that offered the client the opportunity to split the building into two tenancies, at some stage in the future.
This project comprised tilt panel warehouse of approximately 1,150m2 and two story office accommodation of 229m2, together with more than 1,000m2 of hardstand. This method of construction combined rapid building times with quality assured materials, resulting in a commercially cost-effective solution for this mixed-use development.
