Construction Challenges
The site was very constrained and bound by occupied multi-unit residential on all 3 sides apart from street frontage. Significant work was involved in liaising with strata companies and/or owners to co-ordinate removal of existing fencing and replacement with tilt panel walls on boundary to side and rear, and new fencing to opposite side. This included requisite BA20 forms re permissions, & satisfying planning conditions that each owner be satisfied with the finish, in particular colour choice!
