Project Overview
The project required the fitout of office accommodation for a youth friendly, community based health service for young people aged 12 to 25 years. The fitout included the construction of soundproof consultation and treatment rooms, kitchenette facilities, disabled ablution amenities, built in workstations and internal partitioning to the tenant’s requirements. It also involved the installation of IT infrastructure and security facilities.

Scope of Works
The works included electrical, mechanical and hydraulic services. Paint colours and floor coverings contribute to a relaxed atmosphere for the benefit of clients.
Construction Challenges
Full safety documentation approval was required prior to access to site for all personnel.
Substantial amenities were included as part of the construction. The construction program was very tight.
