Shelford Constructions and the commercial team was engaged to deliver a purpose-built child care centre for the Aigle Royal Group, located within the Singleton Village Shopping Centre in Karnup. Designed by the BUCHAN Group and now operated by Ascolta, the facility reflects our commitment to quality child care centre construction across WA.
With a total building footprint of approximately 620m², the centre was constructed using external and internal stud walls, a steel-framed roof, and reinforced concrete footings and slabs. The design includes a custom internal liquid limestone footpath, an expansive indoor and outdoor play area complete with shade sails and certified play equipment, and professional landscaping to create a safe, engaging environment for children.
The site also features 27 on-site car bays, ensuring ease of access for families and staff.

Construction Challenges
The project was delivered under a tight timeline, with significant delays caused by inclement weather conditions. Despite these challenges, Shelford Constructions maintained strong project coordination and successfully handed over the completed facility on time
