Stainless steel commercial grade kitchen including internal & external serving access and designated alcohol consumption area provided for catering purposes, as well as, amphitheatre style seating to provide comfortable viewing for events.
Concrete tilt panel construction with curved roof in counterpoint to provide architectural features. Electrical, mechanical and hydraulic services internally and externally. Concrete, structural steel and retaining works implemented during construction.
Construction Challenges
No major challenges reported during construction. Shelford and the City of Rockingham worked together to achieve the successful completion of the project on schedule.
